Systems Analysis for Organizations and Teams
What Your Organizational Chart Doesn't Show—But Is at Work in Your Organization.
Every company has both a visible structure and an invisible one. The invisible structure—shaped by the company’s history, defining crises, unconscious loyalties, and the personalities of its founders—often determines how decisions are made, why changes fail to take hold, and which dynamics recur within teams.
The KOR® System Analysis makes these patterns visible. KOR® reconstructs your organization’s history, interprets the dynamics underlying its formal structure, and identifies the leverage points where change actually takes hold—providing a solid foundation for organizational and team development.

GENERATION X, Y, Z AND ALPHA
Four Generations. One Company. A Shared Future.
Generations X, Y, Z and Alpha bring fundamentally different perspectives on work, purpose, and authority. Collaboration between generations is becoming a strategic leadership challenge in the age of AI.
It has always been the case that four generations work side by side in a company. What is new, however, are the challenges posed by the digital generation, which are significantly altering attention spans and memory. This leads to differing expectations regarding leadership, flexibility, work-life balance, loyalty, motivation, and questions of meaning. These differences do not stem from complacency or a lack of respect, but from deeply ingrained patterns. Neuroscientific changes in the brain caused by AI are leading to different behaviors; we need to understand this so that “old” structures do not create friction.
KOR® makes these differences visible, interpretable, and connectable through the systemic three-phase KOR® approach: KOR® Analysis, KOR® Awareness, and KOR® Transformation. The result: generations that not only coexist and tolerate one another within the company, but also grow together and realize their maximum potential within the company.
Generational Leadership Program: Executive Development Across Generations
Making Generations X, Y, Z, and Alpha Visible. Connecting Them. Helping Them Grow.

Embodied Leadership Training – Self-Awareness for Leaders Under Pressure Who Want to Live Resiliently
Leadership begins in the body—not in the mind.
Leadership begins in the body, not in the mind. Leaders make decisions under pressure every day. What is often overlooked is this: It is not the mind that reacts first to stress, conflicts, or unexpected situations, but the nervous system. And the nervous system remembers—past experiences, old conditioning, moments that are stored physically and activated in a fraction of a second without you cognitively filtering where they come from.
The Embodied Leadership Training, which I call “Self Mastery,” addresses this very issue. It combines a systemic understanding with body-oriented regulation so that leaders do not react based on old (childhood) patterns, but instead act consciously and with clarity. The goal is to manage oneself in a conscious and regulated manner in order to prevent exhaustion and burnout.
The methodological foundation consists of Somatic Experiencing® and HeartMath®-based HRV measurement, supplemented by EMDR elements and systemic constellation work. For intensive, in-depth formats, hypnosis, horse-assisted MindMirror® coaching, and archetypal analysis based on C. G. Jung are also incorporated.
Format
- Only 3 to 5 days of in-person instruction
Online coaching and online therapy worldwide—clients on four continents.
Systemic work does not require a shared physical space. It requires a reliable partner—and a methodology that works online with the same depth as it does in person.
KOR® supports individuals and organizations in Europe, the U.S., Brazil, Asia, and beyond. Remote EMDR, virtual 3D constellation work, and HeartMath®-based nervous system diagnostics make this possible—without compromising on quality or depth.
Europe, the United States, Brazil, China, South Korea, Japan, India, and additional countries upon request.
Effective Support. No Travel Required.
Deep therapeutic work does not require a shared physical space—provided the methodology is designed for it. KOR® uses approaches such as EMDR (trauma processing through targeted nervous system stimulation), VR-supported exposure therapy, and other digital modalities that are just as effective online as they are in person. Your nervous system does not care where you are. All services are available worldwide—without compromising quality, depth, or effectiveness.
I support you when…

KOR® METHODIK
Wie KOR® mit Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen arbeitet.
Phase 1: KOR® Analyse
Phase 2: KOR® Bewusstsein
“I was physically and mentally at my lowest point, and I had already been diagnosed with burnout. The next step would have been going to a clinic, but I could not bring myself to do that in any way. Through the body-oriented methods that Stephanie has specifically developed for burnout clients, I not only regained my resilience but also my joy in taking on responsibility. In a clinic, I would have spent at least 6–10 weeks; with Stephanie, I needed only 14 days to establish a healthy foundation. I can recommend Stephanie to anyone who feels mentally exhausted or has already reached burnout.”
Jan
“Stephanie asks the questions that no one else asks. Suddenly, connections become apparent that were previously hidden and that had been holding us back as a company when it came to innovation.”
Andreas
“I appreciate her ability to quickly grasp complex situations without making premature judgments. Her impulses are precise, clear, and surprisingly effective, which significantly distinguishes her from other coaches.”
Eleonore
“After every session, I did not have more answers, but better questions. This fundamentally changed the way I lead.”
Scott
“What convinced me was not a method, but her approach. She listens attentively, thinks strategically, and recognizes patterns that others overlook.”
Maxim
“I have rarely encountered someone who combines analytical strength and human sensitivity so naturally. The collaboration has had an impact far beyond the professional context.”
Giuseppe
“Her ability to connect generations, corporate culture, and personal patterns particularly impressed me. This creates solutions that are both strategic and human at the same time.”
Laurent
“Her combination of scientific expertise, systemic thinking, and intuitive perception is exceptional. Anyone seeking true transformation rather than short-term optimization will find the right partner in her.”
