WHAT IS HORSE-ASSISTED/EQUINE ASSISTED COACHING?

In our MindMirror® Business Coaching, a coaching/therapy conversation takes place in a riding arena/meadow/forest. Accompanying this conversation, 1-2 horses run freely in the arena or are led to specific exercises on the rope.

Horses are highly sensitive creatures and perceive their counterpart extremely differentiated. The horse reacts directly to every detail, no matter how unconscious. Thus, the charisma of the human being becomes a direct mirror of the own personality! This form of insight is a profound experience leading to inspiration and lasting change.

With over 20 years of experience in coaching, business training, psycho- and trauma therapy we can accompany you holistically & professionally competent. My cooperation partners stand for species-appropriate horse keeping and horse-appropriate training. Thus, you can experience competence on all levels.
